Why is there no West Pole or East Pole? There's a North Pole and a South Pole, but no West Pole and no East Pole.

Because the Earth doesn't spin around its axis that way. Imagine you are holding a spinning basketball, with one finger on the top and one finger on the bottom: your top finger represents the North Pole, and your bottom one the South Pole. Where would you put an East Pole or a West Pole on the basketball? At the equator?
