General curio - what is your favourite environment?

For me, I love to be in a forest - especially one of ash trees.

Rather odd thread, but I'm genuinely curious on what we individually feel is our 'natural space'.

:)

Anywhere where mountains are around would be my favorite.

Steppe grasslands are nice, with a few groves of trees here and there.

Outdoors in just about any kind of rural area.

Rural, quiet, long slow river to fish from the bank, plenty of shade, 15-25deg C year round

Forest, by the water, somewhere mountainous or hilly.

Rural in general. Natural is good too. I would like to go to a forest or a mountain. I'm tempted to know what would it be like if I was at the top of the hill or mountain.

If not that, just anywhere without any motorcycling sounds involved. With a room/place temperature of no more than 35 C or less than 22 C. And no clustering eyesores like clothes scattered across the room.

Outdoors: the forest, the wetlands, the beach (quiet rocky and full of driftwood Pacific Northwest beach, not crowded California type beach). I also like the old buildings and little shops downtown and the library.

Mid-air on my bike or droping into a whiteout on a glacier. Yeah... I don't belong at this desk.

It would be a toss-up between mountains, and the ocean.

Where I like to go camping, is a clearing in a wooded area (a forest?), and it has a lake, and I see mountains, on the drive, there----so, that's close-enough!

The countryside with lots of trees, rivers, lakes, and flowers, so in other words: Hobbiton.

Definitely mountains/forest too. Though being too far from development tends to make me a little anxious.

I hate the city and other congested areas.

Super stormy mountainous lush forest near a lake.
Frequent exciting weather and away from hustle and bustle with great views.
It would be like where I live in the more forested hills in the older part of Clermont during the summertime except with the elevation exaggerated 20 times or the Great Smoky Mountains if they were in Florida.
