You forgot East Anglia. (I'm from Milton Keynes, which doesn't really fit into any of those regions).

You ask whereabouts in the UK but then list what appear to be regions only of England. Better add Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland before someone gives you a bollocking.

I'd add Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland because (as a Unionist) that makes up the (deep breath) United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, the country in which I live. Adding Isle of Man and the Channel Islands wouldn't be a bad idea too. You might want to also add a 'British Overseas Territory' field for completeness.
