Is "Plumkin" a bad word in Ukrainian?

dunno, the only phrase I know I Ukrainian is [phonetically expressed] "nyastrelba yahznah kray ah-that" ["don't shoot, I know secrets!"] :o

Sound like a good phrase to know if you're in the Eastern Ukrainian warzone now.
