I really have no idea. He could be Canadian, American, European, Australian or even Russian for all I know. Am I supposed to see all people as stereotypes?

I wonder if people from other countries would be able to tell just by looking that I'm Canadian? After all, I don't dress like a hockey player or a lumberjack. :P

Scottish is not "Slavic".

If Slavic -then Ukrainian,Polish, or Russian (up north).

But Scotsmen do often have a similiar look (Sting has a Russian/Ukrainian look ).

He is probably some kind of north European (north east or north west). But thats all a person can say.
