Is 3 weeks a long time?

I have to take 3 weeks off work for medical reasons...which means my crush at work hasn't seen me in 3 weeks

Is it long enough to feel someone's absence?We work in big bulding and different departments but we see each other around few times a week

In my experience, it is long enough to feel someone's absence.
