I am quite interested on embalming.

When princess Diana was embalmed do you think she would have looked exactly the same as she did when alive by the time she was ready for viewing in the Paris hospital?

Remember her body was already deteriorating before they embalmed her.

I don't know or care. I think it was pretty bad when she died, but I wasn't crying over it and the way people exploited her death was absolutely disgusting. Pasting her image on junk at dollar stores and flea markets, ugh.

Mother Teresa died not long after Princess Di, but no one cared because she wasn't pretty. Go figure.

That is a extremily good point lostonearth. I never understood why so many people everywhere cared so much that a royal celebrity died but yet there people everyday getting there legs blown off by left over mines. Hands chopped off yet so many people cried over what? She probably already lived a better more privlidged life then my guess 90 percent of the people of the world. Thats when I knew that society was more screwed up then I thought. Hense why I dont fit in because people care or have feeling for things that dont even apply to them. But yes it kinda interested me to. Vladimir Lenin a leader in russia is preserved and put on disply. He still grows facial hair and that is what interestes me. The interest did not last long but still interesting.
