lol, thats a big ask!... its a beautiful place, much fewer people, but like anywhere it has its ups and downs, dont fall in love with an ideology that may not actually exist, you may be disappointed! if anything it may be worth a 6 week visit first to get a feel of the place, 6 weeks minimum as there are many areas to see and visit and all are rather unique! The biggest issue many overseas people have is the distance from families overseas, they are able to often handle the first year but after that reality sinks in and they return back to their original countries... Not trying to put a downer on things, but as much as i like lord of the rings to, its not exactly the same as the movie here, but i guess you get that! lol... However it is beautiful, and you can travel hours on a road and not pass a single car, i love the remoteness of NZ, but many cant handle it! If you ever want to know anything about this country im happy to oblige in any information i can share with your good self!
