electrical outlets issue

I would like some guidance with someone experience here.we are going to be installing a row of electrical outlets that are miswired.and let inspectors use different types of testing devices to try to indentify each defect. what is the best recommendation for the client in regards to this.and does anyone have dealt with the shock doctors .
