What is the longest stalking case in modern history?

I have heard of a case where an individual has been stalked for many years by people from politics, journalism and the entertainment industry.

The stalking went so far as to tap the victims phones, intercept his internet data at the ISP and google, and to some extent stalk him in person by multiple persons.

The stalking was not only passive but also included stealing of the victims intellectual and creative copyright works which included intellectual and philosophical writings, original jokes, original musical compositions (dance/pop/piano/reggae) and original innovative pro audio mixing console designs.

The stalking also caused extreme financial hardship in that career opportunities and prospects were ruined and taken by lesser parties and people. Potential intimate relationships were ruined and again taken by parties who used the victims creative and copyright works to impress the potential partners to shun the victim and in some cases, parties were bribed with goods that were brought with moneys generated with theft.

This, to me, must be the longest case of group stalking in modern history, perhaps, where a non criminal is concerned, ever. But this is the state of justice in modern times. This is the justice of the queen of england and the Great British empire.
