I prefer it to those tiny stalls.

Well I would probably default to using it unless there was someone with a disability that needed to use it. I personally can't use the restroom with a urinal, whats worse is bathroom talkers that want to be social when I standing there trying to get things started. I prefer any stall to that but I am not too picky on bathrooms.

If you are referring to single-occupancy restrooms, then my answer is yes.

I don't need a lot of room in stalls so I usually don't use it unless the others are full, dirty, or are out of toilet paper. I leave it free incase someone needs or prefers it.

I prefer the handicap stall because it is often the only one that is gender neutral. Being genderqueer I am uncomfortable with gendered bathrooms. If always think to myself if someone calls me out for being able bodied and using the disability stall, pointing out that it is the only non-gendered bathroom is as good a reason as any.

I worry that if I do use it, even when all the other stalls are being used and I really have to go, that someone in a wheelchair will just happen to show up and I'll look like the world's biggest jerk.

i do prefer them. i dislike having the cramped space, cuz i accidentally bump into the wall or the toilet paper dispenser...or the door hits me when i try to open it.

I prefer to use the handicapped washroom because it's gender neutral.
