Is it "pets mart" or "pet smart"?

When you Google it, it is spelled PetSmart, so it must be "pet smart".

They also have their name in red/blue lettering to make it more obvious.

I am sure that its designed to be ambiguous on purpose to have that double meaning: a mart for pets, and a place where smart pet owners shop.

Like Toyato's old ad slogan "We are driven" (can be taken to mean "we as a company are driven to excellence (or to whatever), OR to mean "the cars we make are used by drivers".
