Any adults here that enjoy coloring? Coloring has turned into a huge coping skill. My favorite things to color are mandalas and animals. I also love different patterns especially ones involving swirls.

My favorite coloring utensils are my Sakura pens. I also love high quality colored pencils.

I color sometimes. I prefer to use bulky crayons over pencils though. I should color more often, I could use more coping skills.

I like Minions and Mandalas and easy designs that are not too tiny.

I like crayons the best, colored pencils for smaller designs and even got a few felt tip pens to get real fancy.

I haven't been coloring as much recently due to tremors. I know it's not my fault when I color badly, but it frustrates me and I don't like the reminder.

I did a lot of coloring when I was in a psych ward, it was something to do and kinda fun and can be therapeutic. I do have a Game of Thrones coloring book I've started on, but nowhere close to finishing it yet.

I've got one of those adult colouring books, they're good when you can't concentrate on anything.

I love coloring and I have a few coloring books. I also like coloring in things that I drew myself. I usually use colored pencils. I don't have any of the really good ones, but the ones I have work pretty well for me.

This thread inspired me to color last night. I really needed a coping skill, so it was good timing. Hopefully I can re-start the habit. :D

I've got 20+ colouring books :D

I like florals, geometric patterns, art nouveau and sometimes mandalas. I generally use those connectable pens (though the quality of them has gone way downhill since I had them as a kid), fine liner felt tip pens, metallic gel pens and pencils to fill in larger areas.

I LOVE coloring!! I don't like the adult coloring books, though, cuz they're too intricate. I have a Disney Princesses coloring book, that's my favorite. Also, on my last trip to Wal-Mart, I noticed some Harry Potter coloring books----"Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them", and others----and, the coloring areas are a bit small, though, like the adult coloring books; but, I would give, almost anything, to be able to buy them.

I like coloring with crayons, the best.

I am so happy my thread inspired you. :D

I have a coloring book with Victorian houses and it's ridiculously hard to color. I prefer to color pictures of cats.

Ever since I was a kiddiewink I've taken great delight in splashing black and white doodles in unexpected colours, like I will colour humans with purple skin and orange pants and trees in yellow bark and black leaves for example, I just find it so satisfying and refined!
