It's only a problem, if you make it a problem. a woman who used to go to my clubhouse used to say that to everyone there. She passed away 13 years ago.

This was via Richard Grant, who claims he stole it from a French philosopher, though I've no idea which.
This is the closest explanation for me I've ever encountered.
