Word puzzles or logic puzzles?

I was just wondering about people's preferences. The operative word is preference, if you like both but one more than the other, both equally, or have only ever done one of the two there are options for that.

Definitely a sudoku fanatic. For the record, both require a little logic :P

Crosswords. Me and numbers are not friends.

Crosswords. I used to do sudoku. I was obsessed, but then I found a way to solve almost all of them, and got bored.

I don't do any of those two.

Solving and creating cryptic clues is one of my favourite pastimes.

Sudoku is boring. It would be easy to write an algorithm which would solve any solvable Sudoku puzzle in a finite number of steps.

I prefer crosswords more, although I have been trying Suduko more recently and I am enjoying that as well. I really like crosswords well and have become pretty good at them so now certain crossword clues come pretty naturally. Certain crosswords can really be a challenge though and even a crossword dictionary does not always help. I do love to learn more vocabulary and would like to be a word smith. I also like foreign languages really well.

I have just realised that I am utterly abysmal at crosswords. Is this some form of intellectual retardation? I surmise that most children would be better at crosswords than me.

I've never done sudoku. Crosswords are hard.

I prefer crosswords to sudoku, and I prefer word search and word fit to crosswords.
Strangely i love the game Utopia, despite setting up the skyscrapers sudoku style.

Like the Washington Post Sunday supplement crossword puzzle. Love the use of puns in clues. Much more colorful than sudoku.

I enjoy doing the crossword, I wont lie.

The trouble with me is I can get quite obsessive and if I start doing a sudoku then nothing else will get done until the puzzle is finished.

However with a crossword I find it easy to put down and then go back to.

Word searches are ok but they're a bit boring.
