How old were you when you learnt to ride a bike(or have you never learnt)? I was nearly 14.

I have not ridden a bike for over 35 years. When I did ride it was around the small village I was living in . I have never been on a busy area/road on a bike.

I was 6 I think.

The first time I tried I fell off, cried and wanted to give up. My dad got annoyed, went inside the house and locked the door. He told me I couldn't come inside until I could ride my bike.

I was 6, I really believed I'd be out there forever. I cried on my tyre swing for a bit, then got back to it. I learned to ride a bike, I got let back inside, my spirit broken a little.

I think my brother and sister were around the age of 6 when they learnt. They were riding a bike long before their elder brother.

I was 6 when I started riding a borrowed bike with support wheels. I'm not sure if I was 6 or 7 when I rode my own bike without them.

I never learned to ride a bike without stabilisers. First time I tried I couldn't find the brake on a hill and crashed into a wall at the bottom 8O

I was about 8 or 9, I think. I got my sister's hand-me-down bike and my dad painted it for me to personalize it and make it mine. Then he helped me learn to ride it.

I ride a bike again now but I would have to say my balance and skill is not as good as it should be. I do go on roads with traffic but I get off and walk the bike a LOT at intersections. There's a lot I know I'm not skilled enough to risk on my bike.

Probably about 8. It took me ages to learn, and I was never very good at it. I kept falling off! I gave up on it when I was 12 or 13.
