Most celebrity deaths I meh at, I did not know them. And from what I've seen many others think this way too.
But are there any deaths of famous people that will upset you? If so who?

For me it would be David Attenborough (although he is immortal OF COURSE) and Jane Goodall. I really want to meet her at some point and since she's so old I'd hate it if she died before I got the chance (but like Attenborough she is immortal so there.)

For some reason I always think of when David Jason dies. Also various things like my favourite musicians etc.

More than anything though I just always think of who will die on New Year's Eve and things like that.

(Not them dying on New Year's Eve - but it's on New Year's Eve when I ponder).

Steven Hawking's death will bring a tear to my eye.

I would miss the work of David Attenborough or Patrick Moore when they stop producing such good stuff.

Ray Davies and Lou Reed. The second one probably isn't that far off.

I'll also be upset when Keith Richards dies, even though I'm not really a Stones fan. You won't be able to make those 'Keef and the cockroaches' jokes about the apocalypse any more.

I'll definitely be upset when Rolf Harris and Brian Blessed die.

James Randi :( he is so old, and I love him. he's my Santa.

agree with Lecks about Hawking.

I think I'd also be really upset if RZA died.

hey this thread really got me thinking! :D I'll be back.

Mick Avory. Him and I are so much alike. Him and I are both big and a little on the slow side with big hearts and similar exteriors. I love Mick.

I also dread the deaths of Ray and Dave Davies. I won't be telling my mum about any of those deaths.

There are no celebrities whose deaths I dread. There's few I'd care about.

I would be annoyed if any of a number of mildly famous musicians, authors and other creative types died before their time.

Patrick Stewart too (he has the best white guy voice ever)
Paul McCartney
Ringo Starr
Ross Kemp (he's a class bloke and he's well risky on his Gangs and Afghanistan shows!)
