It can be a country or a made-up place or whatever you want.
I would probably pick somewhere in Italy, if it was less hot and more secular.
Other than that, maybe Germany or Finland.

What a BAD idea ! !

""""My"""" country just SUCKS.

Furthermore I'm convinced that for an Aspie it's more uncomfortable than anglosaxon countries.

I've always dreamt of moving to Scandinavia (especially when I was younger) or USA.

USA (northeast, lakes region, pacific coast) is my final choice though.

(Northern Europe would be good as well anyway)

Monterey, California. I had the chance to take my girlfriend there and see a moto grand prix race (won tickets online!!) and it was the greatest experience of my life. Never wanted to leave...

(This is the bay... our hotel was at the north end, and you can see the south end of the bay from our balcony 8O 8O 8O amazing view)

I can almost guarantee that I'll never love anywhere like I loved Monterey...

I would love to live there because of the history. That's the only reason really, I want to go back to Pompeii and go to Rome etc. I don't think I could stand the weather though. :D
Ideally, I'd want to live somewhere cool, quiet, liberal, secular, cat-friendly and hopefully with plenty of museums. That would be the perfect location for me. I'd be happy for the rest of my life if I could find somewhere like that.
EDIT: And by 'cool,' I mean temperature-wise. Somewhere relatively cold. :)

And since SP is from italy, I imagine you would probably recognize this guy, even from behind... I have a picture of his face from a couple feet (or a metre  ) away...it's my prized possession (even if it's just bits and bytes)...

The smile on my face was even bigger than that guy's hat.

It was worth standing in the 100 degree heat in the middle of a mob for an hour to get these photos. Believe it or not.

Well, I've lived in New England before (that's what they call the northeast US), and, it just may be me, but I didn't see anything fascinating about it. Oh sure, it snowed a lot in the winter, as opposed to North Carolina, where you're lucky to even get a overnight flurry.

Yeah, I definitely recognize him !

I like Valentino Rossi, he's cool.

His childlike attitude is something I definitely appreciate !

Oh yeah, and where would I live if I could live anywhere, made-up or not? Well...I'd probably live in an anime RP world (not the shows, besides Pokemon)

I've been to Boston for one month (summer 2005) and I really enjoyed it.

I love American Sports (Celtics, Red Sox, Patriots, Bruins)

I love snow and cold weather in general

I love studying (Harvard, MIT...)

I love beans

I love the story of New England (the struggle to gain indipendence from England)

Many other reasons...

My social skills are better when I speak english (even if I can't speak it well)

Yeah, Boston would be perfect ! !! !

Undisturbed, treeless, hilly country behind the house (which is a medium sized fairly new but not ugly or overstated house), sea and a huge sandy beach with cliffs and rocks, in front of the house, small village to one side which has a school and sells all basically needed things and that has a bus route to the medium sized, fully equipped town about five miles away.

So cool :D :D :D I love italy, I took italian for a semester in university last year before losing my eligibility (not just italian class, but for the whole university, my cumulative grades were just barely under requirements)... but I wore my rossi hat to class every day. Nobody knew who he was

Parlo piu italiano ma non bene... that probably doesn't make sense at all, like most of what I wrote to my teacher

Casey stoner is riding very well this year, yamaha will have to come up with something because vale is riding his heart out and still can't keep up.

Mi dispace per il apologetico(?), ma italiano e' un..... of my obsessions. sorry again. I'm terrible at it

Oh, non ti preoccupare (don't worry), scambierei volentieri il mio italiano col tuo inglese (I'd trade my Italian with your English if I could), l'inglese [e gli Stati Uniti] è una delle mie ossessioni (English [and USA] is one of my obsessions)
