What is there to think of it? It's an image of trump with some text. While I'm not for trump or his team, I don't really think anything of it.
However, if the op's avatar is what I think it is, I do find that offensive. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't the op's avatar a comic/meme symbol of the so-called "alt right" aka white supremacists? I don't think that's appropriate for this, or any, forum.

You can literally take a base meme and make it into anything you want. Pepe the frog is not a hate speech symbol, but you can draw a Pepe the Frog with a Klan robe.
..except that exact image has been adopted by the latest iteration of the KKK/neo nazis/white supremacists calling themselves the "alt right" and thus it's disturbing, offensive, insulting and has no place on this inclusive forum community.
IMO, the OP, Korin, is trolling this forum and it's admins and members with that avatar in an attempt to see how long they can get away with using such a symbol of hate under the thinly veiled guise of "free speech."
I'm a tall white male and I find the use of that avatar in extremely poor taste and have no problem saying so for all here to read.

The only people who's feathers might be ruffled are those who don't particularly care for Autism Speaks. Personally, in general, I support their work as I am someone who has figured out how to treat my ASD symptoms and support their research efforts. The "I'm not broken and don't want treatment!!" crowd might not like Autism Speaks, and they're free to not like them, but even then I wouldn't consider your avatar as being offensive towards those who are free to not want treatment or not like Autism Speaks.
