Sardines are yummay.
I like crunching all the little bones.
Never had fresh sardines but I'd like to try them.

I use to like them when I was little. I think part of t was because I really liked otters and sardines looked like something they would eat. I haven't had any in years though so I don't know if I would like them much now.

I like them in mustard sauce. The bones don't matter.

Can't get enough of them! I eat the skinless and boneless in olive oil made by SEASON. I have to get them in wholesale stores for the discount because I eat so much of them I could go broke.

I like the smoked kippers better. The only way I like plain sardines is with lots of pepper sauce and crackers. Its not hot sauce, but where the peppers are marinated in vinegar. I make my own, just fill a container with green and a few red cayenne and add vinegar.Let it sit for a few weeks add more vinegar when the fluid level gets low.It lasts forever, there's a joke about it being handed down for generations. It's also good on turnip and collard greens.yummy.
