Are you annoyed by the buzzer at basketball games?

I've been to basketball games in the past and I would always getting annoyed by the scoreboard buzzer going off.

The buzzer's bad, but IMO the shoe squeaking is what makes basketball really intolerable. That, and the fact that it's a sport. Sports and I don't get along.

In my sport of choice, the referee blows a whistle to signal the end of time as well as for fouls. That doesn't annoy me too much, but recently Coventry City fans protesting the owners have started blowing whistles for the full 90 minutes to blatantly try and distract the opposition. They even did it on TV just before Christmas. The board have actually told them to stop but they're not listening and their protests are becoming more violent (flares etc.)

I like to watch tennis and enjoy watching my favorite players compete in Davis Cup, but the horns annoy me. The drums are even worse. The noise would give me a headache if I were in the stands.

Annoy me? It does a lot more than that. I can't go to basketball games because of those.
