Will the 2020s be an exact replica of the 2000s decade?

I doubt it, but who knows?

Where are you getting this implication from? Does it mean that I'll get to relive my young childhood before bad things started to happen? If so, sign me up!

What does your question even mean?

Will the decade of 20's be a replay of the 2000 to 2010?

In what way a replay?

Another 9-11? And the same wars in Iraq and Afganistan over again?

I doubt that.

Well the 90s was a replica of the 70s and the 2000s and the current decade we are in is influenced by the 90s

Well..I get what you're saying. Pop culture revives things after 20 years.

My parents talked about how Hollywood began to make period pieces depicting the 1930's as an era in the 1950's.

Grease, and American Graffiti (both set in the Fifties) came out in the Seventies. And Sixties' Motown nostalgia was big in the Eighties,as well as TV series about Vietnam. Seventies nostalgia broke out in the Nineties (half of the top 40 hip hop, and danceclub hits were either cover versions of 70's hits, or heavily sampled 70's hits, or both). The Beegees hit "Stayin Alive" had a hit metal cover (by Bon Jovi?), and hard house version by NTrance, and rap version by Wyclef Jean, all in the 90's. So there could well be a sudden vogue for all things early 2000 in the 2020's.
