When you laugh, do you have a laughing attack? I don't get one too much. When I get a laughing attack, I can not stop laughing, I laugh so hard, I can cough.

I get them sometimes but not bad enough to cough. I usually get them when something is extremely funny or what I'm laughing at keeps going/doing what ever it is that's funny.

when i was younger, sometimes i had laughing attacks. however, way too many arrogant little ret*ds have had the nerve to give me judgmental looks. as if telling me not to laugh like that.

so i compromise. by avoiding almost anyone, unless for some functional reason.

who am i? i am nobody.

while i did nothing illegal, neither did they.

so, i passive aggressively tolerated them.

seriously, i wanna "be yourself". but the way slobbering idiots respond to me, when i say or do the slightest thing i do not like, makes me wanna puke.

at this point, i am 34 years old. between September 12, 2016, and June 3, 2017. today. have not had a menstrual cycle.

feel exhausted lately.

and emotionally, feel even more fragile than usual.

b/c i am getting old. menopause. anemia. wisdom. or at least less emotional immaturity.

I guess I just don't laugh that hard anymore. Getting serious as I get older or something. I remember laughing hysterically about things as a child though. Don't remember coughing unless I was caught off guard while eating or drinking something, but do remember laughing so much I got hiccups as a child, that doesn't happen anymore either.

Yup. It can be embarrassing when I'm laughing at something I came up with that I find amusing. I've laughed so hard I've had coughing fits, laughed hard enough to cry and not be able to stop, and also brought on an asthma attack once from laughing for too long.

I have laughed so hard and so long that it used to give me the hiccups, which is embarrassing in public and can start hurting my stomach. I haven't experienced anything in a long time that has made me laugh that hard, however.

My typical laugh is quite short and almost sounds like little more than a grunt, but there are times when certain things can really get going to the point of my laughing almost uncontrollably (sometimes even with tears) and ending up coughing.

I watched Rafael Nadal being interviewed on his 31st birthday. It felt so good to see him healthy and happy and on top of his game. I laughed and smiled because it made me feel so good.
