No it doesn't.

It would just mean that you're a politician in an African nation that got rid of its European colonial master (as per most African countries since 1950), and you favor your particular tribe or ethnicity within the nation.

Instead of getting a funny crazy political combination, like most of us on this thread, you got a rather mundane combination of ideologies that actually could, and commonly do, go together.
