I like Harry Potter. I'm not as obsessed as I used to be, but that will probably change when I get the next book. :P
Snape is probably my favourite character too.

It was a major obsession for me for years... I did everything from fanfiction writing to roleplay to discussion forums to collecting to chatting in the yahoo hp room lol.
In fact, that was my first experience of chatrooms on the net :D

I really need to re-read the books.
Who else thinks Snape will redeem himself then be killed in the last book?
And who else thinks Harry is a horcrux?

The books are good, but the only movie I really liked was the third one. I hope the fifth one turns out good. I only really pay attention to the series when there's a new book or film on the way.

Wow, that looks amazing!

I'm a Harry Potter fan, but like DejaQ, I don't pay too much attention to it in between books or movies. Can't wait for the last book, though! And yes, I think Harry is a Horcrux.

Yeah, I don't really tend to be attentive to it between the new releases.
Seems to make sense that Harry would be a Horcrux given the connection his scar seems to give him to Voldemort and the abilities he has.

I love the Harry Potter books, but I only like the first and second movies. My favourite characters are Snape and Sirius.

I don't think Harry is a horcrux, neither do I think it's something that belongs to Ravenclaw and stuff. I don't really know what it is, but I don't think they're these two because stuff in HP books rarely come out as expected.

I really need to re-read.
Are there 6 or 7 horcruxes?
I forgot.

I read the first few books.
One of my wife's colleagues
in the Antro department recommended
them to us. They were enjoyable,
better than most of the schlock
fantasy that's come out in the
last couple decades.

They get better from book 3 onwards... more mature...they age as the characters do.
The last movie was a 12 rating.
I believe there was a series of lectures held a few years back specifically for Harry Potter.
Different universities. Lot of people do their thesis on it.
I keep waiting for them to publish the lectures on the net.

I love Harry Potter. My favorite character was Sirius Black, but now it's probably Luna Lovegood.
