He drew them to give to his friend as a present. But I had to scan them because they are so cool!

How do I get them so I can get them put on a t-shirt? I'm sure there must be a type of shop that does it. Does anyone know?

There are some sites on the internet that can do things like that.
Also, I think there are ways of doing it yourself depending on what kind of printer you have. But it'd be easier to get it done by a shop I guess lol

I use to make my own T-shirts and this is one method I used.....

Draw the picture on thick paper with a crayon of your color choice.Go over the design several times building up the crayon as thick a layer as you can.Place several layers of newspaper on ironing board and lightly stretch T-shirt over the iron board(over the newspaper.

Place design(crayon side down)against the T-shirt(make sure shirt has no wrinkles and design is firmly placed where you want it,can hold down with straight pins, you dont want it moving while you iron it)

Put Iron on High setting and place another piece of paper on top of design.Hold iron down(not going up and down)until it has been placed firmly on each colored area.Try not to hold down so long you burn the shirt or the paper(though iit may get a little tan).

You may want to practice the technique on some scrap paper, crayon, scrap fabric before doing the Tshirt.

If you want it to be even darker.....You can go over the ironed on design with more crayon and then (with a fresh sheet of paper over design)repeat the iron process.

I used to do this before computers, printers and when I didnt have the $20.oo Walgreens charged to make "photo T-shirts".One reason I like this method is you dont end up with that "plastic" feel on the shirt that ends up oeeling off after a few washings and I think for simple drawings it looks cooler.I think it's a great way to personalize items(I hate clone clothing).... :D

Hi, Smelena :)

I don't know if you have it in Australia but I buy transfer paper for my printer. I scan the picture and then print it onto the transfer paper (remember to use the reverse image so picture will not be reversed on the t-shirt). You then iron the picture onto the t-shirt. It is washable and hang to dry. I made a memory quilt using the transfer paper and cotton fabric. The photos I used turned out just as clear on the transfer paper as the originals. My kids love it because they can now put all sorts of designs on their clothes.

If you have any questions just let me know!

Lauri
