My teeth are driving me f*****g insane.

yesterday my teeth started tingling and its extremely annoying and gives me a headache. the only way to get relief is to bite down HARD!

Fortunetly for my arms i have a chew toy that helps somewhat but THIS TINGLING WONT GO AWAY!! !

its very frustrating,

anyone know what this is? i get this my WHOLE life, its my bottom front teeth and they tingle for days on end every so often.

How often do you brush your teeth?

What toothpaste do you use?

Do you use a mouthwash?

I'm asking because it will help me possibly find a solution for you.

Do you grind your teeth at night or in the day? If so get a mouthguard. You can get one for $40 at any shoppersdrugmart. You should use sensodyne repair and protect twice a day and within a few weeks you will no longer have tooth sensitivity.

Use only soft toothbrushes, not medium or anything else. Harder bristles will only wipe away the enamel on your teeth. Once your enamel is gone and the dentin layer is exposed you will feel sensitivity. You cant get enamel back, it is gone forever but that particular toothpaste will create a biofilm, a fake layer of enamel to cover the exposed dentin so that you don't feel tooth sensitivity.

Problem solved.

Did you recently sniff up white powder from a smooth surface, maybe a mirror?

If so, that could be the culprit.
