I can't for the life if me figure out the pm system can someone please help me

What do you want to know?

I've tried sending pms on numerous occasions but nothing ever sends

Do you have to be friends with the person you wish to pm

If you send someone a PM, it stays in the outbox until that person reads it.
Once they read it, it goes to "sent messages".
if it's not sending, it may mean they just haven't read it yet.

You can try sending me a PM if you want to check this out.

How are you attempting to send PMs?
Do you use the PM button on the bottom of the post or go through "my account"?

If you click on the PM button on the bottom of my post it will bring up a window with my username as recipient.
You should be able to fill in the subject and message and click submit.
