I'll probably watch your videos some other time. They look pretty long. I'm battling with lust too. The most important thing you can do to overcome your battles with lust is to give zero attention to it. Lust is a normal part of your human body, and you can't destroy your body. Lust most of all happens when we are in our heads thinking too hard or when we feel we are in love. Fire in the heart sends smoke into the head.

Let go. God wants you to focus on your path.

It's not easy to think positive in this unfair life.

I view Lust as Demons. Always have Consent in Life. Lust is not bad with consent.
