It's about an hour long and I'll listen to it on repeat a lot c: I find it's always difficult to find really good anti-stress music but this works for me at least

I relax on the few last Leonard Cohen albums.
My spouse says, they are too depressing.
But they calm me down.

Reset by mutemath and almost anything John Mayer works for me. Gravity by John Mayer is my favorite though. I can listen to it for hours on end lol. :D

Mainly when I was younger, I found death metal to be quite soothing. The reason being that it actually helped me "release" stress. I find much so called "relaxing" music to be a contrivance, but hey, that's just me.

Nowadays, I prefer silence over most music to relax to. After awhile, it all gets to be a bit contrived. I think this is why older people (often) lose interest in it.

if one can't go to the beach, a good sub for me at least is to go inside a large building into an empty large conference room, therein one can be surrounded by ambient large facility air handler noise [aka "brown" noise] which is very soothing and masking of other sounds.

Personally, I find screamo music calming.

Most generic 'calming' music really annoys me for some reason.
Especially if it's that tinkly piano music.
Blech.
