I feel rly targeted by my boss. For instance, every time I am on task with another colleague but there is something wrong she assumes it is me and doesn't even approach the other. Also, she talks about me to the others and sometimes I get people saying "A is really mad at you" without any context. I find her attitude really unprofessional. She also told me that I need to smile more and make better eye contact which is fair but it pisses me off because it's stressful for me.
Finally, during our interviews we were told to say if we planned on taking days off for the summer and I told them I would take a week off in June and got the date mixed up so I sent her an email a month ago to say I meant July, not June. She replied (A MONTH LATER) to let me know that I never told her I intended to take a week off and basically making it seem like I am in the wrong. I feel like she just picks on me constantly and is finding excuses to get rid of me. I hate working there - i can't wait to leave for a better paid employment rather than work my ass off at this sh***y store with so many small minded people.

(excuse the rant at the end)

It sounds like personal issue to me,and not at all professional. Some people really are not suitable for management positions.

I think it would be best to make all communications by email so that you have a record. Hopefully you can find a better job soon.
