I'm actually quite curious since we're neurodiverse and our brains are different and NTs, has anyone on here been hypnotized by a professional hypnotist whether for medical or entertainment reasons?

If you did, do you remember what you did while you were hypnotized?


I'll start.

I do remember being hypnotized at my high school farewell party dancing to the music being played on the big speakers.

I've tried past life regression via YouTube a couple of times, but that's all.

I've tried self-hypnotism with mixed results.
