Yes. But they can be fattening if you eat too many.

Are peanuts healthy? It depends what you do with them. Not too healthy if you get them stuck in your nose if you are not eating properly, but in your mouth they are usually healthy, as long as your body likes them.

You have to make sure to chew them enough thou otherwise they may go down wrong. Peanuts are a tad more likely to do that than lots of other foods.

I love peanuts & cashews, I’m happy they have peanuts that are little salty or even unsalted. Too bad cashews are around $8 here :(
