I feel very tired, I generally like bed time stories~
When I was younger I was mothered a lot, so... I still miss that.
I wouldn't mind having someone sit next to me every night and read me a bed time story :).

Well, anyways, can anyone think of some bed time stories that I can read to myself at night? Thank you :)

Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll would be a good one.

You could read a chapter or so of the Harry Potter books a night. I only read the 1st two books & seen 1st two movies. I mainly mentioned it because it's popular amongst kids & adults. My parents used to read to me a lot when I was a kid to. I used to read a lot when I was a kid as well but I quit when I started high-school. I really liked the Boxcar children books.

"Once upon a time, they lived happily ever after. The End."

Now GO TO SLEEP!!

;)

Seriously, when I can't sleep, I read articles on finance and economics -- no plot, no action, no character development, just a recitation of dull, boring facts. I fall asleep in no time.
