Am I allowed to put my ex's phone number on here so a bunch of people could prank call him?

I know the answer is most likely no....

Yep the answer is No. Usually posting phone numbers here is against the rules even if they're our own. It's much better to try & move on from your ex as much as possible than to sink that low.
