You can buy it at amazon, and you can get a US-made variety made with Cane sugar in most major markets in the spring - I believe its made for passover, but I am not sure.
I think it tastes better than the usual corn syrup sweetened stuff, but it is a subtle difference.

I seen it at some stores here in Vermont but it's a tad hard to find & very expensive compared to buying a 24 pack of regular Coke. Me & my girlfriend didn't really notice a difference in taste when we tried it.
BTW when I read the thread title I thought you went to Mexico to sniff an illegal drug
