Causing in trouble in clubs?

Why might some nightclubs regard an autistic person as an individual that could potentially cause trouble?

Us autistics tend to be awkward & have bad social skills compared to NTs. NTs sometimes misread that as us being jerks, a$$holes, a$$hats, & they might think we're creepy or even potentially dangerous. NTs also sometimes assume we're on illegal drugs or are drunk when we're not & bouncers might think of us as potential trouble makers since people who are really drunk or drugged up do cause problems sometimes. Basically we are sometimes wrongly stereotyped into categories we don't belong in.

How could they possibly know the person is autistic?

I'm sure standing there being shy doesn't get you kicked out and accused of being a troublemaker.
