It was labeled as ADHD when I was in kindergarten. The label was changed to ADD when I was a preteen. Now I think it would be called Inattentive ADHD. I'm not sure why the hyperness left but I suspect some of it is/was stress related. I daydream & am in my own head/world aLOT & have always been that way.
