I have personally had a bad experience today on reddit got downvoted for stating my opinion. Anyway the reddit brigade will be for people to review and then upvote people who are being trolled and downvoted for next to no apparent reason like in my instance saying something people don't like or want to here in my opinion at any rate.

I do that. If I think someone has been unfairly downvoted I often upvote them.

Sometimes Reddit users downvote people unfairly.

Regardless, using WrongPlanet to beg for upvotes seems like a slippery slope towards more harmful forms of brigading such as downvotes or comments.

This might lead to retaliation by Reddit users against WrongPlanet.

Consequently, please do not post Reddit links to comment you have made that you feel were unfairly downvoted. The links will be removed. Users who do this repeatedly may be banned.
