What are some traits you admire in other animals?

I like how all the different breeds of dogs have different traits that make them good for different jobs and how helpful dogs are. I also think it's cool that orangutans are mostly arboreal because I think that they have a useful advantage over other great apes.

I like the way animals don't judge each other for what they look like. For example, I know a girl who owns 9 rats, and just one of them is bald, which differentiates him more than the furry rats even though they all have different colour coats. But the other rats don't judge or single him out or set upon him just for looking different from the others. I know rats can fight or take a disliking to another rat but it's not because they're judging a rat by how it looks.

It could be anything.

From regulated sensitivities, to lacking certain concepts that just holds a person back from living to it's fullest.
From the ability to fly or breathe underwater, to short-lived simplicities of living and surviving.

I dunno much about associated personalities, social traits and behaviors.
I'm usually more about the abilities and the nature of (being) existence. :|

I can find something to admire about any animal (or at least, I can’t think of any I can’t).

Rats are very social creatures and do not think to judge on looks but rather on sociological hierarchy . In which they respect each other. And position in their own status in the group . Old er male rats usually are higher in the pecking order . If I recall correctly . .

I admire cats' agility, and their ruthless nature.

I admire the similarities we have to other great apes and how similarly they treat their babies, including cradling them sometimes. Also, ape babies are really cute, so I admire how cute they are. Especially gorilla babies.

I admire and very much envy how they're free of the stresses that characterise a human life. This is more of a trait of pets and zoo animals than wild ones though, life as a wild animal is often very stressful. But even then, they're not emotionally tormented by it, they just live off of instinct mostly.
I sometimes wish I was a house cat. They've got it so easy.
