id try curry on toast but curry paste may be a little intense for my immature taste buds

My advice is to ensure you have a bucket of water close by to stick you head in once you have taken the first bite....

The curry paste I use has to be cooked so check the lable. I make cauliflower rice and put curry paste in that, tastes great and goes with lots of different thing.

I think it sounds great. Assuming you like curry and can enjoy the hot stuff. I often put things more traditionally put on rice or beans or noodles onto toast when I don't have time or ingredients to do otherwise.

Anything can be good as long as it 1) doesn't block your digestive tract, 2) doesn't poison you or make you ill, and 3) your taste buds like it. :wink:
