Did this ever happen to anybody? I was standing in the check out line of a supermarket ready to pay and all of a sudden, felt extreme fear and started to shake uncontrollably as if I was about to be consumed by a monster, then it just went away. (As if this monster changed its mind but there was no monster, just ordinary people shopping) Weird??

Anxiety attack. Maybe drink less caffeine or something.
