In Poland - not unless you are confirmed or strongly suspected to have it.
While physical gatherings over 50 persons became illegal, schools work remotely and events got cancelled, individuals are not forced into isolation.
People normally take walks and do outdoors activities, they are just
politely asked by officials to keep distance to each other, not crowd, keep increased hygiene standards and stay at home whenever they can.
