Ingredients: Thai curry sauce, coconut milk, lime, salmon, ginger root, carrots, bell peppers, and mushrooms, and habenaro peppers.
The curry sauce, coconut milk, and lime was used for the sauce I made. I also threw in the habenaro for some kick. I let that simmer and stir fried the veggies and salmon with some olive oil. Then I put all the veggies and salmon onto a plate and poured the sauce over it. The result is probably the best meal I've ever made by myself. I usually don't post about cooking, but I feel accomplished so I wanted to share it.
