I have the worst time with how clothing feels on me especially with the seams (the fabric that is put together on the sides and bottoms) I believe. They rub against my skin and make my skin hurt so badly and makes me feel like I have dry skin that is peeling off and i try to ignore it but my mind will just keep on focusing on it. Yesterday I put on pajamas whose seems were bothering my hips and i spent over two hours trying to find the right pajamas that would cause me the least amount of irritation. I also only wear loose clothing and tank tops so I can feel free and not suffocate and so that the fabric won't rub up against my skin. So, if there are any helpful tips out there I would appreciate it.

Seams have always been bothersome to me. I became more tolerant of them as I became an adult, but it's still a problem. For me I tend to do better with stretchy tight clothing because it doesn't jostle around like a baggy piece would. Though even with tight things it's so dependent on many factors. For instance if the fabric is quite think it will press too much and hurt. I often change throughout the day because an item that doesn't usually bother me will randomly for no reason.

They sell 'seamless' items nowadays, but sometimes they aren't actually seamless (I've given up trying to find legit ones that are also cheap).

I recently got some new leggings that have bonded seams, which are entirely flat and practically welded together. These types of seams seem to be getting more popular, but I usually see them in nice athletic apparel. I like the store Athleta because all of their fabrics are very soft. It's expensive though so I often buy stuff second-hand on eBay or Poshmark.

I completely understand I could change 5 times a day because my clothing's bothering me. When you wear tight clothing do you feel like you're being suffocated because I feel like that especially with tight shirts. Have you had that issue before? And another reason I wear baggy shirts is because I have this crazy fear of sweating and smelling so I put so much deodorant on that it gets white marks on the clothing and I've done it before wear i've put too much deodorant on than put a tight shirt on that I ended up getting wet stains on the pits of the shirt and it looks like i've been sweating. Which is why I wear baggy clothing. Also, do you know if target or stores like that would have any type of clothing with seamless or less seams that wouldn't bother my skin and irritate it.
