How can a woman have a daughters without a father?

I wouldn't dare, unless I had really solid family support. Raising children is hard enough by itself.

Probably my one desire in life was to have a child. I don’t know if it had to do with a lack of warmth or very little love in my own life or just a strong instinct. I’ll never know.
I did marry someone I was in love with and had three. The only part I would change is the person I married. Yes it would have been difficult without another person but I did most everything myself anyway.
If it’s your dream then you can find a way.
If you’re just wondering, then it’s a google search away. It may not be as simple as going to the market, but it seems very doable. It does take some money.
And let’s not forget to add to the list crimes which result in conception.

I wanted to add that specifically having a “daughter” would take some medical intervention if you didn’t adopt. Otherwise you have about a 50/50 chance per pregnancy, with an actual higher probability of having a son.
