It seems like one of those magic-eye puzzles... but it isn't.

I can't see him.

The problem I always have with these puzzles is that I don't know have a specific idea of what they are looking for. They say man... and a couple images come to mind... but it's too specific.

I don't bother with these sorts of puzzles... they just drive me crazy.

drives me nuts too......
I have eye dominance issues, and can't see the magic eye things, but I could always pick the patterns out of them.

This one is kicking my butt!! !

I saw him. He's made up of the white 'scum' apart from his billy-style nose which is a baked bean

The face seems to be in a reflection just above the Copyright Logo and to the left a bit. If it is it's a pretty bad optical illusion though. An Optical Illusion is something that is meant to be able to look like something else, like the example of two faces together that can also be a Vase.
