Sugar Blues

Does anyone avoid sugar because of a very bad effect on mood?

Yes! It is also documented it makes people depressed.

Agreed.
After the sugar high, comes the low.
Avoid where possible.

I have removed most of my sugar in my diet.
Some did creep back since it is so addictive, but my blood sugar levels are enjoying the new diet.
Blood sugar is consistently under 5, these days. 8)

Sugar also provokes your appetite and I believe it creates a craving for more carbs if memory serves me correctly.

Honey is better for acid reflux and it heals the esophagus. also good for deepthroathers.

The book also calls him "an incurable gossip" and states "in a unique position to observe the Executive Branch", and as a man "whose fight had been worn out in too many battles".

sounds a bit like me

Woodward kept in close touch with Felt over the years, even showing up unexpectedly at the house
unfairly hounded from office, often claiming it a "witch hunt".

Woodward and Bernstein were tight-lipped concerning their informant's identity. Carl Bernstein did not even share Deep Throat's identity with his immediate family, including his wife

Sounds legit
