Uh... Depends?

I have a daily deficit of ~1000 calories, so I can have a cup of whipped cream and it won't even put a dent into my diet.

High in fats homemade is better and less chemicals than store bought whipped cream , and has store bought has longer shelf life, both need refrigeration . But since is whipped you might be able to get less fats than just using plain sweetened cream. Enjoy small pleasures where you find them .? Yum...! :D

Everything in moderation is fine.

If you're putting it on top of something you're already having as a treat (pie, ice cream, etc.) I'd skip it as it's extra calories, but if you're putting it into something like coffee I think a spoon or two once in awhile is fine.

I eat sweet things when losing weight, but I'll limit it to a smaller portion once or twice a week as a treat.
