Looks like they will need a new warning on Gorilla Glue.

"do not put it in your hair."

Yes, some woman put some of it in her hair and she had to go to the hospital and she is now trying to sue the company.

Is this the woman who used spray glue as hairspray, or another woman?

How stupid can this woman be? Is she the same woman who ate fireworks?

I do not have the link, but the fireworks were those little squibs people throw to the ground to make them explode.  The woman claims she thought they were candy.  The box has about the same size and coloration as some candies.

Well I figure she won't be doing that again...I do have to wonder just what was she thinking. Like they already make some hair gels that are like hair glue, but they are actually intended to be put in hair.

I figure at the very least they'll have to shave all her hair off.

Well initially I thought it sounded more like she just didn't think it through. But I hadn't heard she was trying to sue, just noticed that in the O.P...so learning that kind of changes my perspective.

That glue has a warning not to put it on your skin or get it in your eyes, they cannot force people to obey the safety warnings.

How can one sue for ones own stupid mistake? I do not get the logic. Anyone know why she used glue in her hair?

People sue for all kinds of stupid things nowadays cuz they think it may be easy money or they want attention or they want to make the defendant look bad & suffer. There is a term for this called Frivolous Lawsuit. While I do have a negative opinion on lots of businesses & do think they should be held accountable for lots of things, I do not think they are responsible for others stupidity. Businesses should be held accountable for things like misleading people or having unsafe products. They should not be held responsible for others misusing their products in ways the products were never designed for, intended for, or marketed for. I highly doubt that the Gorilla Glue company had ever suggested that their glue could be used in hair so I do not think that they should be held liable for this. The Ferengi on Star Trek were business men who had a set of rules that they followed called The Rules Of Acquisition. The 69th rule is~ "Ferengi are not responsible for the stupidity of other races". https://memory-beta.fandom.com/wiki/Fer ... cquisition
I'm starting to wonder if we need a similar type of rule in real-life that goes something like "Others are not responsible for your own stupidity" :chin: Maybe I watch stuff like Ridiculousness too much

I didn't know they sold Gorilla glue in hairhouse warehouse.

Why can't people be responsible for their own stupidity its not the company who put glue in her hair.

Why did she have to go to the hospital?

I am assuming it would be uncomfortable if not painful to have that much super glue around your scalp, but not sure specifically what damage it could do. That said I am sure hospital doctors have seen weirder things.

Some of the chemicals used to dissolve Gorilla Glue can be fatal if used carelessly.
